With over 24 years in the dental field, her journey began as a sterilization tech, and she rapidly progressed to handling front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance. Within a year, Rachel transitioned to a hands-on role as a dental assistant, a career she has held since the year 2000. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated versatility by managing dental offices and serving as a dental consultant for the past four years. Remarkably, Rachel remains an active dental assistant, staying abreast of the latest industry developments. Beyond her individual contributions, she has dedicated herself to nurturing the next generation of dental assistants. Rachel has been instrumental in training others through internships, providing hands-on guidance from the ground up, even for individuals with no prior experience or dental education.
